Start with a full body athletic mobility warm up to prepare your body for the work ahead. This class has four quarters of high-intensity interval training, moving through jumping jack crossovers, basketball shuffles, split lunges, jump squats, split squats, push ups, and v-sit twists. For each movement, Dom will walk you through low-impact and down modifications. Finish with a cooling stretch routine to bring your heart rate back down and leave you feeling recovered and accomplished.
