PRACTICE | Boxing Foundations with Rob Couzens

The Practice component combines three elements of a full workout in 5 classes: Warm Up, Practice, and Cool Down. Get comfortable with each sequence, learning how to prepare and engage your muscles, combining boxing techniques and conditioning movements into a full body workout.

Suggested equipment: skipping rope, tennis ball.
