TRAIN | Movement Foundations Level 2

7 Seasons

This Level 2 7-day Training Plan will expand your movement practice and get you moving with playfulness and strength. This plan was designed to allow you to learn and feel comfortable with the movements before moving onto the Practice component. We recommend starting with Level 1, then build your practice with in Level 2 when you're ready. By progressing slowly and intentionally you will gain a deeper understanding of the movement patterns and be able to apply them easily to movements in your everyday life.
