Let’s ease into the Signature Challenge together, moving slowly and freely through the Yoga Foundations 25-Minute Practice. Focus on moving with the breath and maintaining the correct alignment and form throughout this first class. We’re glad you’re here!

Suggested equipment: bolster, blocks, strap, blanket.
