Foundations of Weighted Yoga is an innovative new program from Namaste Yoga teacher Kate Potter. In the program, Kate teaches on the many benefits of building weights into a yoga practice, touching on four key uses of weights: resistance, assistance, anchoring, and massage.
Fans of Namaste Yoga will enjoy revisiting favourite sequences from Season 1 and 2 with the addition of weights, as well as brand new classes. It’s a fun twist on the classics to add new benefits to your practice.
