The Shoulder Roll is an uncommon way of moving from laying down to kneeling position. By practicing uncommon and uncomfortable movement patterns, we train ourselves to face uncomfortable situations with a calm and open mind. Level 3 This variation incorporates straight legs into the movement. Feel the extension with your legs and try to absorb the momentum with your toes.
