After a flexibility Warm Up, jump to the next session of Kickboxing Foundations with world-champion Farinaz Lari to build on your basic punches. In this practice, Farinaz starts by teaching Straight Punches and Hooks before leading into powerful Knee Strikes, Front Kicks, and Low Kicks. Gain confidence with your boxing stance and get ready to incorporate new movements into kickboxing combinations. This practice combines foundational kickboxing moves with carefully selected conditioning exercises. You’ll learn and practice five movements from the Movement Library: Skipping, Lunge and Knee, Jack Knives, Push Up and Reach, and the Plank Walk and Shoulder Touch. Hop in the ring ready to learn, and go all out in the final combinations! Suggested equipment: skipping rope.
