This class will challenge you to incorporate rolls, turns, and shimmies. You will move through the classic basic Egyptian step, Turkish figure-eight, the more advanced shimmy-layered hip-circle, tremor figure-eight, and Sa’idi turn. The final performance combines these dynamic moves, requiring strength, focus, coordination, and rhythm. Come back to this class when you want a full dance workout. As you find ease in the moves, you can continue to elevate your performance with each repetition!
