PRACTICE | Yoga Foundations

The Practice component of the program consists of 6 classes of foundational yoga movements and flows. As you move through and gain confidence in these classes, feel free to incorporate the modified versions of the poses from the Learn component and use props as you need.

Suggested equipment: bolster, blocks, strap, blanket.
Time: < 30 minutes.
