PRACTICE | Movement Foundations

3 Seasons

The Practice component consists of guided, 20-minute classes that sequence the movements into strengthening and uplifting practices. There are three levels of Movement Foundations, each including a Warm Up, Main Sequence, and Cool Down, taught in a choreographed flow that builds throughout the class.

  • Movement Class with Amanda | Functional Movement Class | Level 2 (22 Mins)

    Episode 1

    This 23-Minute class focuses on circular movement patterns. You won’t be physically moving in circles, but the feeling that the sequence evokes in the body is a sense of spiralling. Expect a challenge in coordination and strength, especially in the upper body and core.

  • Movement Foundations Cool Down | Level 2

    Episode 2

    Incorporating a Cool Down practice transitions your body into a state of rest and reduces the likelihood of injury as you recover and resume your daily activities. Unwind and transition back into your day with this Level 2 Cool Down, and enjoy strength and creativity you found in your practice.

  • Functional Movement Class with Amanda | Level 2 (5 Mins)

    Episode 3

    Amanda guides you through an intentional series of full-body movements designed to help you move better in your daily life. You will fluidly move through spinal rolls, twisting, a core warm up, glute work, wrist and chest stretches, and finish with your expression of playful animal movements.
