PRACTICE | Movement Foundations

The Practice component consists of three guided classes that sequence the movements into strengthening and uplifting practices. There are three levels of Movement Foundations, each including a Warm Up, Main Sequence, and Cool Down, taught in a choreographed flow that builds throughout the class.
