Our Cool Down practices are designed to slow your pace, loosen up your muscles, and down-regulate your body, whether after a workout or at the end of a long day. Even if you only have a few minutes, breathe into each of these rich stretches, experimenting with different styles of flexibility movements with teachers from a range of fitness backgrounds.

Time: 5 - 10 minutes.
