Low Back Relief with Lydia | Restorative Movement Class (30 Mins)
Movement for Back and Core Support • 30m
Choose this mellow class to help you find space, movement, and relief in your low back region. Lydia encourages you to let go of tension with these soothing restorative moves, which are all done low to the ground. Connecting these exercises with slow and gentle breathing will bring awareness to your lower back as you glide between side stretches, cat/cow, forward folds, and twists. Finish with a calming Savasana and feel the difference in your body. This is a great class to return to, especially after a long day of driving, walking, or desk work.
Suggested but not necessary equipment: a blanket and bolster.
