This Foundations of Weighted Yoga Learn component gives you an introduction to the class, featuring Before You Begin, Introduction to Weight Styles, and Common Mistakes videos to help you enter the class feeling centred, confident, and well-prepared. Kate introduces you to some of the new movements you will practice, how to incorporate weights into your practice, and shares ways you can adapt the motions to suit your body and areas to be mindful of so that you can move safely.
