Day 6 | Move in Rest

Day 6 is for rest! Incorporating rest into your movement practice is an important pattern to begin and maintain, allowing you to be more effective and intentional when you are “at work”. Breath deeply in Savasana Rest, finding the balance between movement and stillness wherever you find yourself in the day. Remember - you’re halfway through the Challenge!

Suggested equipment: bolster, blanket.
Time: < 10 minutes.
