Day 2 | Move with Strength

On Day 2, step into the world of strength training with Adrian. We’ll practice Loaded Movement, starting with a series of intentional mobility exercises and building up to intervals of strength exercises that you can adapt to your own ability. As in Day 1, move intentionally with each breath. Stay focused - make your last rep your best rep!

Suggested equipment: a pair of dumbbells, looped resistance band.
Time: < 30 minutes.
