Erica believes in the power to move and be moved. A Canadian-born resident of California, Erica has studied and practiced yoga since 1996. She has taught classes, workshops, and teacher trainings around the world, including China, Nicaragua, and Dubai. She weaves a balance of intensity and grace into rhythmic, mindful movements. Together with a focus on alignment and breath awareness, she offers an inspiring moving meditation that is playful, challenging (yet accessible) and centering.
