Take time in learning each move, building speed and strength as you go. In Up and Under, Rob will lead you through Uppercut combinations between intervals of eight movements to build strength and practice your boxing strikes: Frog, Jumping Jack, Starfish, Criss Cross, Knee to Elbow, Mountain Climber, Ladder Climber, the Jump Squat.
