This class will show you that you don't need weights or a long workout to feel the benefits. Dom guides you through two rounds of four exercises: fire hydrants, clamshells, prone leg lifts, and supine leg lifts. These exercises will not only build strength, but increase your mobility and range of motion. This is athletic strength! You can always modify, do less reps, or pause the video if you need a break. This is a class you can come back to and progress with. Look after your strength and your strength will look after you.
