This short, sweet, and gentle class will restore and refresh you. You will begin with an energizing breathing exercise, before moving into a full body yoga sequence. Kate leads you through Bound Angle, Cat-Cow, Thread the Needle, Child's Pose, Camel Pose, Upwards Facing Dog, Legs Up the Wall, and a refreshing Savasana.
